About our retreats

Our retreats run throughout the year on the island of Kea, Greece — in every season, each one with its own quality of light, temperature, and stillness.

Each retreat is 3 days long and held in a small group of 8 people. We keep the group intentionally small so that there is room for genuine connection, individual attention, and the kind of quiet that a larger group can’t hold.

What’s included

Accommodation is in shared rooms — simple, clean, and comfortable. Meals are vegetarian, made from fresh local ingredients, and designed to nourish without distraction. Good food, eaten slowly, is part of the practice.
